• All advance payments made for services are non-refundable
• Once a project is initiated, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances

• All subscription payments (including renewals) are non-refundable
• This applies to all SaaS-related services and platforms

Gopafy Free Tools (30+ browser-based tools at gopafy.com/tools) are provided at no cost. Since no payment is charged for tool usage, no refund applies to Free Tools.

• Payments made for completed or partially completed work are non-refundable
• Delays caused by the client (lack of input, approvals, or communication) do not qualify for refunds

• Change of mind
• Business closure
• Lack of usage of services
• Delays caused by third-party tools or platforms

Any third-party expenses (domain, hosting, APIs, tools, ads, etc.) are non-refundable.
